Postnatal gymnastics is an intensive sports course. The special focus is on the structure of the pelvic floor and the oblique abdominal muscles. At each meeting there is also the opportunity to ask questions and exchange ideas. You will also receive important information and assistance for the time with your baby. You are free to decide whether you want to bring your child to the course or not.

This course is fully covered by the statutory health insurance. However, midwives are only allowed to bill the health insurance company for services that they have actually provided. We will therefore invoice you privately for missed course hours from the 2nd missed appointment.
